Q. Where is The Knitting Factory Concert House Located?
A.  The Knitting Factory Concert House is located in Downtown Reno at 211 N. Virginia Street, right across from Harrah’s Casino. The main entrance is located at the rear of the building in the Fulton Alley.

Q. Where can I buy tickets?
A. Tickets are available at the Knitting Factory Concert House, online at ticketfly.com, or by phone at (877) 435-9849. For online tickets and info, go to http://re.knittingfactory.com/ and click on the event you are interested in. Tickets are also available at the Cal-Neva main cashier cage 24 hours a day (entrance on the corner of 2nd Street & Virginia Street).

Q. What time does your box office open?
A. Generally, it opens one hour before doors open. Tickets are also available at the Cal-Neva main cashier cage 24 hours a day (entrance on the corner of 2nd Street & Virginia Street).

Q. Do you serve food?
A. We have a full menu available from two hours before show time until the end of the show.

Q. Can I rent the Knitting Factory Concert House?
A. Rentals are available to outside promoters or for private functions. We have full service catering available at some of Reno’s most competitive pricing. Please contact Dean Hanson, dean@knittingfactory.com or 775.323.knit (5648), for more information.

Q. Are concerts all ages?
A. Yes, most shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.

Q. How do I get annual passes?
A. Annual passes are available and include admission to every show at the Knitting Factory Concert House. We offer Corporate Memberships and Individual Memberships. Click here to request information.

Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. There is no smoking allowed in the venue. There is a smoking area available during all shows.

Q. Can I bring my camera?
A. Generally we do not allow cameras nor audio or video equipment of any kind into the club.

Q. Can I leave in the middle of the show and then come back in?
A. No. We strictly enforce a no re-entry policy except at private parties.

Q. Can I reserve a seat?
A. All seating is on a first come, first served basis. The amount of seating on any given show depends on the artist and the expected attendance.

Q. Do you have handicap accessibility?
A. Absolutely. We are happy to make special arrangements for you when you contact us in advance and then arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to doors. We will offer you one of the premium seats in the house. Click here to contact us in advance.

Q. What do I need to pick up my tickets at the box office?
A. If you purchased your tickets at TicketFly.com, you must bring the credit card they were purchased with. If you are on a guest list, you must have valid ID.

Q. If I line up at the front door early, will I be the first one into the show?
A. Not necessarily. We  admit special needs patrons who contacted us in advance. We then open the main doors to the club.

Q. I’m a local musician or in a local band. How do I get on your stage?
A. Please join our Myspace, Facebook, and Twitter pages. Once you are connected with us, send us a message so we can take a look at what you sound like. We book several local shows each month. This also gets us a chance to find the best local talent if we need an act to open for national tours.
